Q01 What areas are covered by the service?
JIU FENG serves all of Taiwan. Provide your design plans, and we’ll deliver efficient, high-quality service.

Q02 What is the delivery time for shipments?
Delivery time is approximately 7–10 business days (excluding holidays).
Extended delivery times may apply for complex products. The exact timeframe will be adjusted based on order volume.
Q03 Can the cabinets be customized?
JIU FENG’s billion-dollar smart facility supports CNC custom processing and diverse manufacturing, realizing any vision for your home space.
Q04 How do I pick up the product after it is completed?
- Notify us via LINE, fax, or email if arranging your own pickup. (15% administrative fee for JIU FENG-arranged transport.) Payment is required before production.
- Notify us via fax or email with a 'Customer-Supplied Items Notification' for stored materials. (Materials will be shipped with the boards; JIU FENG is not responsible for tracking or storage.)
- Orders for additional materials placed in the morning will be ready the next morning. Afternoon orders will be ready the following afternoon.
- Please make payment before the production schedule for all custom items.
- Orders must be shipped within one week of completion. Late shipments will incur a storage fee of $2000 per day.
